Coach Nat Diaz grew up in Santa Cruz, California where she played for Soquel High School. After Soquel, she was recruited to Dominican University of California where she played for the Women’s Basketball team. During that time, Natalie received accolades such as 2019 WBCA All-American, ranked 2nd in the nation in PPG at 26.0, was named the 2019 PacWest Women’s Basketball Player of the Year, along with PacWest Female Athlete of the Year, and Female Scholar Athlete of the Year two years in a row.

Natalie’s other accolades include breaking the All-PacWest single-season scoring record with 722 points scored in a single season. She also broke the all-time scoring record with 1,924 points in her four years at Dominican. Natalie has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in Spanish. After Natalie graduated from Dominican in 2019, she played professional basketball in the European country of Luxembourg. More recently, Natalie was onboarded, in a full time capacity, to the LEMO Foundation team where she serves as the Director of Customer Experience and is a member of the development team.
